1 night stay must be paid within 48 hours of making your reservation to guarantee your booking.
If you book 4 or more rooms, a deposit equivalent to 2 nights per room is required.

What the price includes ?

The board “BB” includes overnight and buffet breakfast, outdoor swimming pool (08.00 a.m. – 22.00 p.m.), children’s pool, outdoor jacuzzi area in the pool, water cascade – a hydro-leisure element for neck massage, outdoor playground for children, children’s playroom, animation for kids (specific dates and hours), conference room (27 seats, reservations required), small outdoor fitness, sauna (12.00 noon – 19.00 p.m., reservations required), Wi-Fi.

Should I pay extra for dinner ?

For 14.06 - 20.06 and 07.09 - 11.09, there is promotional price for dinner - 12 € per adult and FREE for kids till 11.99 years old.
Dinner for 21.06 – 06.09 :

- child 7-11.99: 8 € – child above 12 years and adults: 16 €

Dinners are paid for all occupants in the room !

Does the hotel provide a parking lot ?

The hotel offers parking spots (owned and hired from the city hall, unguarded), with reservation and if there is availability: 7 € per night. If you come by car, we recommend a parking spot reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation ?

Yes, of course - cancellation without fee is 30 days before the arrival. After that the cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit ( 1 night ) and we do not pay it back !

You may change the dates for your reservation ONCE ( also for the next summer season, not later than 16 months from your current reservation ) and this should be done not later than 3 days before the arrival. If you cancel your confirmed reservation for any reason and don’t want to change dates, we will charge a cancellation fee – 1 night ( the amount of the deposit ).

What are the check-in and check-out hours ?

Standart check-out : 12.00 pm , standart check-in : 14.30 pm
The fee for a late check-out is a half rate until 5:00 pm and a full rate after that time. The fee for an early check-in is a half rate after 7:00 am. If you would like an late check-out or an early check-in please ask! Usually it is not possible in july and august, as the hotel is almost 100% occupied.
Front desk working hours: 08.00 am - 23.00 pm. Outside these hours, the hotel guests should use the electronic door for access. If you check-in later in the evening, you will get your key from a key safe. Please inform us, if you are going to check-out earlier that 08.00 am.

What's important to know during my stay ?

The payment is required in the day of check-in.
Use the key-card to turn on the electricity.
The Air-conditioning is on, when the balcony door and window are closed.
Our rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. If you are a smoker, please smoke only on the balcony. If there is evidence of smoking inside the room, you will be charged an additional 50 € charge.
Pool and Jacuzzi: 08.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. Please do not use the hotel towels – you can pick up a towel for the pool from the front desk.

Pets are not welcome.
We have limited access to hotel structure – only hotel guests have access to the floors and rooms.

What is the capacity of different types of rooms ?

When a studio or an apartment is reserved it is charged at the cost of the whole studio ( 3 beds ) or apartment (4 beds ), no matter the number and the age of the accommodated tourists. For the double rooms, we offer a single price rate.
The capacity of a room is 2+1, the capacity of a studio is 3+2, the capacity of an apartment is 4+1
Children older than 7 years old and adults on an extra-bed are charged as it is written in the chart.
Possible extra beds in: *double room: 1 ( extending armchair ) *studio: 2 ( extending double sofa ) *apratment: 1 ( Ground floor apartment: standart single bed ; 4-th floor apartment: extending armchair )

In all rooms, you can add a baby cot for free. For example the double room in this case will be 2+2, if the second child is a toddler.

When is my room due to be cleaned ?

Dear guests, we offer daily room cleaning between 09.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you need additional services, please contact the front desk only !

Can I have specific requirements for my room ?

Dear guests, please do have in mind that we do NOT accept demands for the rooms ( floor, view, type of bed ) for accommodation from 20.06 till 06.09. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but we can’t promise for sure. Thank you for understanding.

What are the conditions for an early departure ?

Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason ( but not later than 12.00 ), you can use the rest of the nights another time ( also for the next summer season, but not later than 16 months from your current reservation ). To take advantage of that option, you should inform the front desk at least the day before you want to check-out. You will get a signed and stamped voucher with the exact amount to use in the future. Please keep it ! OR if you don’t want to use this option you will be charged an early departure fee – 1 night and the rest of the amount will be given back.
