* When a room is reserved it is charged at the costs of the whole room, no matter the number and the age of the accommodated tourists. When a studio or an apartment is reserved it is charged at the cost of the whole studio ( 3 beds ) or apartment (4 beds ) , no matter the number and the age of the accommodated tourists. Please do have in mind that the extra bed in a double room is an extending armchair ( 72/190 ) and is most appropriate for children. Possible extra beds in: *double room : 1 *studio : 2 *apratment : 1
* Children up to 6.99 years old, accommodated on an extra-bed, are staying for FREE
* Children older than 7 years old and adults on an extra-bed are charged as it is written in the chart.
If you cancel your confirmed reservation for any reason, we will charge a cancellation fee – 1 night / the amount of the deposit /.
We do not pay back a deposit. You may change the dates for your reservation once ( also for the next summer season , not later than 16 months from your current reservation ) and this should be done not later than the day before the arrival.
Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason ( but not later than 12.00 ), you can use the rest of the nights another time ( also for the next summer season, but not later than 16 months from your current reservation ) OR you will be charged an early departure fee – 1 night.
Dear guests, please do have in mind that we do NOT accept demands for the rooms ( floor, view, type of bed ) for accommodation from 20.06 till 06.09. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but we can’t promise for sure. Thank you for understanding.
